Accessibility

  • Unfortunately, there are no lifts in these premises, however, we do have manicure treatment spaces on the ground floor.
  • Please advise us in advance if you require any other accessibility information so preparations can be made.

Bookings

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm online bookings for any treatment. 
  • Please give a minimum of at least 48hrs notice prior to cancelling any appointment. Cancellations made within 24hrs of an appointment will be charged at 50% of the total cost of the treatment.
  • No shows will be charged at 100% of the total cost of the treatment.
  • Bookings can be made at the premises, over the phone or via our booking link here.

Cancellations & No Shows

Contact Lenses

  • If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them prior to your treatment. However, if this is not possible then please inform us prior to your treatment.

Membership Plans

  • Manage appointments easily using your Membership Account or feel free to contact us here. 
  • 3-month minimum contract – Monthly rolling contract thereafter.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the 3-month minimum contract, please inform us with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date.
  • All membership cancelations must be submitted to hello@botanicals-bakewell.co.uk
  • Treatments are subject to availability.
  • It may not always be possible to book treatments during peak times.
  • Treatments must be taken within the payment cycle. If you cannot make your appointment that month, treatments taken out of the payment cycle must be redeemed within 10 days.
  • Treatments may be gifted to an individual if you are not able to use your treatment allowance that month.
  • Membership payments are billed to the clients credit or debit card, not via Direct Debit.

Medical Conditions

  • If you are pregnant, have a known allergy, suffer from a medical condition such as diabetes or epilepsy, or have had cancer in the last 5 years please consult your doctor prior to your treatment. Following this advice, please notify us of any condition we should be aware of upon booking.
  • We reserve the right to ask you to sign a disclaimer before providing treatment.

Mobile Phones & Photography

  • Out of respect for the relaxation of our clients, photography is not permitted.
  • Please switch all mobile phones off or on silent mode during treatments.

Patch Testing

When booking the ‘Discover Organic Facial with Eyebrow Treatment’ and ‘Discover Organic Facial with Lash & Brow Definition’ please contact us to arrange a patch test, which is needed 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Payments & Pricing

  • All payments for treatments and products are to be made via card or payment link. 
  • Botanicals Bakewell utilises Fresha as a booking & payment system. Fresha securely encrypts client card details using industry-standard PCI compliance. 
  • We reserve the right to alter treatment & product prices without prior notice.

Privacy Statement

  • Please find more information on how we use your data in our Privacy Statement. 
  • Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

Product Faults & Returns

  • Product Faults; If you have a product fault, and you are unable to return to our shop, please contact office@botanicals.co.uk for further help with our products.
  • Product Returns; Under the Sale of Goods act, in the case of faulty goods, we allow a period of seven working days from receipt of goods for the customer to return them for an exchange or full refund. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Pedicure

if youre attending a pedicure treatment, please consider bringing open toe shoes if you require nail varnish to allow for drying time

Pets & Animals

  • Clients are not allowed to bring pets into the premises except guide dogs. Please advise us in advance if you have a guide dog so preparations can be made.

Smoking

  • Smoking & Vaping is not permitted on the premises.

Showering Facilities

  • Unfortunately, Botanicals Bakewell does not have any on-site showering facilities. However, we are able to accommodate all guests with a refreshing hot towel, to cleanse before treatments. If you do require so, please let us know prior to your treatment.

Timings

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete any consultation forms and to discuss any issues.

Under 18's

  • We regret that we do not offer treatments to those under the age of 18 years. Selected treatments may be facilitated when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Proof of age will be required.

Valuables

  • No responsibility can be taken by Botanicals Bakewell for the safety of valuables or money. Botanicals Bakewell will not be liable for loss or damage to client’s belongings.

Welcome Touch

  • As part of your complimentary welcome touch, we provide flip flops as part of every treatment minus manicures.
